Fastfoot
Fastfoot is the perfect form for concrete footings - cheaper, faster, and higher performance than conventional lumber footings. It’s simple to install correctly and it makes level footings very achievable - something that’s fundamentally important for Nexcem. Perhaps most significantly, after the footing is poured, you can wrap the high density polyethylene fabric back over the footings and tie it into your foundation waterproofing. This creates one nearly seamless capillary break from the bottom of the footing to the top of the foundation.

Fibreglass Rebar
Nexcem homes are thoroughly reinforced with rebar. We prefer to use fiberglass rebar over metal as it won’t rust or corrode over time and is super lightweight, making it faster and cheaper to install. Fiberglass rebar is a one-to-one replacement for metal rebar for most builds. Clients with EMF concerns also prefer this product over metal to reduce conduction.
